The Comprehensive Care Membership is for patients seeking a deeper, ongoing relationship with their provider for personalized, sustainable health management. It emphasizes continuity rather than episodic care, allowing your care team to develop a meaningful understanding of your history and goals—an essential foundation for managing chronic conditions and optimizing health. For a predictable monthly fee, members receive consistent, high-quality care and proactive support without fluctuating costs. Active patients seen within the past 6 months are eligible to transition to the membership model with a $175 onboarding fee.
A Thoughtful Approach to Membership Care
​At Aralia Health, we intentionally place a cap on the number of active memberships at any given time. This allows our care team to maintain the level of attention, responsiveness, and continuity that membership care is designed to support.

When membership capacity is reached, we maintain a waitlist and invite patients to join as openings become available. If you are placed on the waitlist, our team will do our best to accommodate your care needs in the meantime and keep you informed as space opens.
