Integrative Bodywork

Integrative bodywork includes craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and naturopathic bodywork. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that can calm the nervous system. Through this effect it can benefit patients with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. It can help increase feelings of safety in the body. “Myofascial Release (MFR) is Craniosacral Therapy for the body and Craniosacral Therapy is Myofascial Release for the Craniosacral system” -John Barnes. These two techniques pair beautifully together and each works best when supported by the other. MFR and CST can also address body pain, headaches, jaw pain, recovery from concussions and traumatic brain injuries, and autonomic dysfunction. *Insurance can be billed for this service

Bilateral Nasal Specific

The bones of the head (cranium) are firm, somewhat flexible and move with each inhalation and exhalation. This allows for proper circulation of the blood and cerebrospinal fluid, which is necessary for normal function of the brain and nervous system. Malalignment of the cranial bones can contribute to snoring, chronic sinus infections, orthodontic problems, temporal-mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, ear pain, ear fullness and chronic headaches. During a BNS procedure, a small balloon is inflated in a way that manipulates the bones lining the breathing passages. Best results occur when this is done in a series of treatments, please plan for a minimum of 3 treatments spaced 1-2 weeks apart. *Insurance can be billed for this service
