Stephanie Raven, ND
I am Dr. Stephanie Raven (she/her/hers). I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Herbalist. Many of the medicinal herbs and natural medicine modalities that I utilize have roots in Indigenous healing practices. I recognize that I am practicing on the unceded territories of the Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel people. As I continue these practices, I honor their origins and the original bearers of this wisdom.
Some of my primary clinical focuses include sports medicine, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, digestive health, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I also provide gender affirming care, including hormone therapy. I practice trauma-informed care and strive to create a welcoming clinical environment for patients of all ages, genders, and body types.
I believe that community is critical to our wellbeing. Community has been de-emphasized in our current culture, which has been to our detriment. One of my primary goals with Aralia Health is to offer accessible and affordable healthcare to our local communities. I believe that we should all be equipped with the skills to improve the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities.
