Dr. Payton Robertson
Dr. Payton Robertson (he/him/hims) is a naturopathic physician with a clinical focus on longevity and healthspan medicine — helping patients live longer, healthier, and more capable lives.
Over 75% of deaths in the United States are due to preventable chronic diseases related to aging, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, neurodegenerative disease, and lung disease. Much of modern healthcare focuses on managing disease after it develops. Dr. Robertson’s approach emphasizes prevention, early detection, and strategic intervention to help patients reduce long-term risk while improving day-to-day vitality.
He integrates both conventional and natural therapies depending on each patient’s needs, goals, and preferences. His philosophy is not dogmatic — it is practical, evidence-informed, and individualized. Treatment plans may include lifestyle optimization, targeted supplementation, prescription medications when appropriate, and advanced diagnostics to help patients make informed decisions about their health.
Dr. Robertson provides comprehensive primary care, health optimization, and performance-focused medicine. He also works collaboratively with patients who already have a primary care physician and want additional support in optimizing metabolic health, longevity, and overall wellness.
Areas of special interest include:
-
Diabetes and metabolic syndrome
-
Weight management and body composition optimization
-
High cholesterol and cardiovascular risk reduction
-
Sexual health and hormone balance
-
Digestive disorders
-
Longevity-focused biomarker tracking and preventative care
He also evaluates and manages hormone health when clinically indicated, offering thoughtful assessment and personalized hormone replacement strategies as part of a broader health plan.
In addition to primary and longevity care, Dr. Robertson enjoys sports medicine and musculoskeletal care. He incorporates soft tissue manipulation techniques alongside regenerative therapies including EMFocus shockwave therapy, prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections to support recovery, performance, and long-term joint health.
Dr. Robertson’s goal is to help patients feel strong, capable, and resilient at every stage of life.
Dr. Robertson provides full-scope primary care medicine and can serve as your primary care doctor. This includes ongoing, comprehensive care such as preventive visits and chronic condition management, delivered with the thoughtful, integrative approach Aralia Health is known for.
Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We are unable to accommodate acute care needs or after-hours care outside of these business hours.
