Dr. Attie O'Brien
My approach integrates naturopathic medicine, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, manual therapy, and somatic work to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing happens in community, and I curate a calm space where patients feel deeply listened to, informed, and supported throughout their care.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy climbing, painting, dancing, watching soccer, and exploring the trails with my dog, Griffin. I am grateful to live and practice on the ancestral lands of the Bitterroot Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel people.

I am Attie O’Brien (she/her/they), a licensed naturopathic doctor, massage therapist, and somatic practitioner. Originally from Arizona, I am a second-generation Filipina-American of Filipino, Irish, and Austrian descent, and come from a long line of midwives.
My work centers on understanding the root causes of illness while considering the broader context of a person's life. I take a dynamic, whole-person approach that explores how genetics, environment, stress, relationships, and life experiences interact to influence health. Drawing from both evidence-based and traditional healing approaches, I strive to provide care that is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized.
My clinical interests include hormone health, digestive conditions, reproductive and sexual health, gender-affirming care, postpartum care (including pregnancy loss), and injury recovery. I work with patients navigating layered health concerns and aim to help them build greater resilience, clarity, and trust in their bodies.
I also provide physical medicine and hands-on therapies including abdominal massage, low-force spinal adjustments, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping, gua sha, and cold laser therapy. I support patients with musculoskeletal concerns, pelvic floor conditions, sports injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
