Dr Stephanie Raven

Dr. Stephanie Raven

I am Dr. Stephanie Raven (she/her/hers), a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and herbalist, and the medical director of Aralia Health. My work centers on relationship-based, integrative care designed to support patients over time—especially when symptoms are layered, persistent, or don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

My clinical focus includes hormonal health across the lifespan (including perimenopause and menopause), sexual health, gender-affirming care, digestive conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and musculoskeletal pain and injury recovery. I use a combination of naturopathic, hands-on, and regenerative therapies—including craniosacral therapy, pelvic floor therapy, prolotherapy, PRP, and ozone injections—to support tissue health, function, and overall resilience.

I often work with patients navigating long-standing or complex health concerns, including stress-related and mind–body patterns, and I approach care through a trauma-informed lens. Rather than chasing symptoms alone, my goal is to help patients build clarity, capacity, and sustainable momentum in their health.

I believe community is central to our wellbeing. At Aralia Health, we aim to offer care that is accessible, sustainable, and rooted in continuity—while empowering patients with the understanding and tools to take an active role in their health and the health of those they love. I am committed to fostering a welcoming, affirming clinical space for patients of all ages, genders, and body types.
