Billing Your
Health Insurance
At Aralia Health, we aim to make the administrative side of care as seamless as possible. Per your request, our team will bill your health insurance on your behalf using the information you provide to us. This includes submitting claims, required documentation, and any applicable coding related to your care.

Please note that coverage, reimbursement, and final patient responsibility are determined by your individual insurance plan—not by Aralia Health. Deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or denied charges are the responsibility of the patient and will be billed to you directly if your insurance does not cover all or part of the service. While we are happy to help answer general questions and assist with claim follow-up when needed, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly for the most accurate information regarding your benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.

Our goal is to support you clinically and administratively, so you can stay focused on your health rather than paperwork.

**Please note that at this time Medicare and Medicaid do NOT cover naturopathic services in the state of Montana and we are unable to bill them for any services. We are also NOT able to bill a secondary insurance when Medicare is primary. If you have more questions about this please reach out to our office biller.

**We do NOT bill insurance for any our IV Therapy and some other non covered services . If you have insurance and elect to receive one of these self-pay services, we will ask that you sign a Financial Agreement acknowledging that you will be paying out-of-pocket. In these instances, we will not provide a Superbill. We will give you a price quote upfront and make sure there are no hidden costs.
