Dessa Lennox, LMT

I am Dessa Lennox, LMT (she/her/hers). I was born and raised on the traditional lands of the Salish-Kootenai Nations on the Blackfoot River in Western Montana. I resonate with the belief that when our bodies are celebrated and cared for, we can embody change and growth with more ease. 

Aligned Massage Therapy, located within Aralia Health, is a safe, inclusive space that is centered in giving every body non-invasive, therapeutic touch that assists in transformation and alignment throughout body, mind, and spirit.  I am a cisgendered, white, able-bodied person who is passionate about working to make a community that is grounded in radical care.

Currently, I am focused on deep tissue techniques, cupping, hot stone, and myofascial work. As my practice grows, I will be continuing my education with an emphasis on inclusivity, structural integration and alignment, pain management, and holistic approaches to movement, nutrition, and body awareness.
